Narrative:
The Dakota 984 from the RCAF No. 104 Communications Flight swung and ground looped while landing without having
the tail wheel locked at Otis AFB, Massachusetts, USA. The landing gear was severely damaged. The aircraft was repaired and
converted into a ground instructional airframe.

N.B. One source stated the location of the accident as being RCAF Station St. Hubert.
