Unfallbericht:During the final approach phase of the flight (at 100-150 feet), the F-27 collided with a Cessna 310 (N1807H). Both aircraft were approaching runway 19 in VFR conditions. The Cessna was descending above the F-27 and struck the no. 1 prop, careened from the left wing and crashed out of control.
PROBABLE CAUSE: "Pilot of the Cessna, the overtaking aircraft, failed to see and avoid the F-27 during the landing approach."
