The no. 2 propeller governor drive shaft failed after takeoff. The aircraft stalled, crashed and caught fire while the pilot tried to carry out a forced landing.

PROBABLE CAUSE(S):

miscellaneous acts,conditions - rpm-uncontrollable-overspeed
