Unfallbericht:
The Lodestar was on approach to Napier Airport when a flap cable broke, causing one flap to extend and making the aircraft uncontrollable.
It crashed in Hawkes Bay. The pilot (Ray Misson) was rescued by a passing fishing vessel.
