The Antonov 2 crashed after colliding with Antonov 12 CCCP-12985 over Irkutsk airport. The An-12, operating for Aeroflot / East Siberia, crashed as well. The accident was caused by ATC, clearing the An-2 for take off, crossing the An-12's flight path.
