Narrative:Crashed on approach. Witnesses reported that the plane descended below cloud ceiling and its attitude appeared unstable. The plane banked to the left and impacted the ground. Chinese investigators could not reach a firm conclusion as the An-24 involved in the accident was not fitted with flight recorders, but it was speculated that the port engine might had failed due to icing.
