Unfallbericht:
The aircraft landed heavily, nosegear first, in conditions of rain. The nosegear collapsed and the aircraft skidded off the runway, and broke in two.
PROBABLE CAUSE: The pilot's misuse of rain repellent, causing an optical illusion.
