Narrative:
During a simulated asymmetrical power takeoff, the co-pilot lost control. Thrust was increased, but the engine stalled. The Boeing then rolled left and crashed.

PROBABLE CAUSE: Failure to follow procedures, attempted operation with known deficiencies and inadequate supervision were factors.
