Narrative:
The F-27, owned by the Peruvian Navy, was used to fly the Alianza Lima football team back to Lima. The gear failed to lock down on approach to Lima and a low flyby was flown to let the air traffic control tower check the gear. The gear seemed OK and the flight repositioned for another approach. The aircraft crashed into the sea.
