Unfallbericht:The Brasilia suffered braking problems after arrival at Manaus. The pilot attempted to stop the plane using reverse thrust, but the propellers were already feathered. The engines first developed forward power before the props entered the reverse pitch. The airplane continued to move forward and ran off the ramp and collided with a grass embankment.

PT-SIH was briefly leased to Air Littoral; it returned to Brasil in October 1988. It was leased to Aero Sudpacifico as XA-SQN from June 1994 to June 1995 when it returned to Brasil as PT-WGE, flying for several airlines until being bought by Rico in 4/97
