Narrative:
The civilian Antonov was on a military training flight, carrying 13 military paratroopers. The weather conditions worsened rapidly and the mission was aborted. The Antonov subsequently crashed just outside the airport in the Urtachirchikskiy Rayon of the Taskhent Oblast.
