A Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 corporate jet sustained substantial damage in a runway excursion accident at São Paulo-Congonhas Airport, SP (CGH), Brazil.
The captain suffered serious injuries while the co-pilot and passenger suffered minor injuries.
The airplane presumably landed on runway 35R following a flight from Florianópolis (FLN), Brazil but overran the runway. It bounced down a slope crashing at the perimeter fence near Avenida dos Bandeirantes.

In the course of one hour the wind direction at Congonhas changed 140 degrees with the temperature dropping 3°C. Towering Cumulus clouds was approaching, reaching the airport about 21:00 UTC.
