UPDATE: Aircraft, Skyvan category fixed wing, has crash landed near Kalongo runway in Agago. Pilots confirmed safe and receiving medical attention. The Deputy Army Spokesperson, Col Deo Akiiki says that the craft is not linked to the UPDF. #NTVNews
