Terms of Service
- It is not allowed to redistribute the "ASN News flashes" e-mails
and "ASN Accident Database Updates" e-mails without the prior permission from the
Aviation Safety Network.
- Fair use of the information is allowed, though only when using proper credit
(including a link/url)
The Aviation Safety Network reserves the right to cancel service at any time
if you violate the terms of service. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will not be reimbursed.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Harro Ranter makes no
representation as to the accuracy of, and cannot accept any legal responsibility
for any errors, ommissions, mis-statements or mistakes in the "ASN News flashes" e-mails
and "ASN Accident Database Updates" e-mails or on web sites which may be linked
to these e-mails. Harro Ranter makes no warranties or representations (whether express or
implied) as to the non-infringment of third party rights, satisfactory quality or
fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Harro Ranter be liable to you
for any damages (including, without limitation, consequential, incidental or
special damages, including lost profits or lost savings), or for illegal acts or

which may be linked to these e-mails from.

problems at the subscriber's ISP, caused by the user exceeding the mailbox quotum, or
