The total charge for a subscription to the ASN News Flashes by e-mail service for the duration of one year is US $25. The following methods of payment are available:

Credit card payments to the Aviation Safety Network are processed through PayPal.
2. Other
Other methods of payment are available as well. Please fill in the inquiry form and we will e-mail you soon, explaining the methods of payment available for your country.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Harro Ranter makes no representation as to the accuracy of, and cannot accept any legal responsibility for any errors, ommissions, mis-statements or mistakes in the "ASN News flashes" e-mails and "ASN Accident Database Updates" e-mails or on web sites which may be linked to these e-mails. Harro Ranter makes no warranties or representations (whether express or implied) as to the non-infringment of third party rights, satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Harro Ranter be liable to you for any damages (including, without limitation, consequential, incidental or special damages, including lost profits or lost savings), or for illegal acts or actions, arising from the use of the information in these e-mails or on sites which may be linked to these e-mails from. Harro Ranter cannot be held responsible for undelivered e-mails caused by mailserver problems at the subscriber's ISP, caused by the user exceeding the mailbox quotum, or caused by any other technical problem.

- It is not allowed to redistribute the "ASN News flashes" e-mails and "ASN Accident Database Updates" e-mails without the prior permission from the Aviation Safety Network.
- Fair use of the information is allowed, though only when using proper credit (including a link/url)
