The Dutch CAA issued a Fokker 70/100 airworthiness directive in the wake of the Austrian Airlines Fokker 70 incident at Munich. To prevent further occurrences of engine ice impact tray separation, the AD (BLA 2004-004) requires an AFM amendment with specific procedures for operation in icing conditions.
