Narrative:
Gloster Meteor T.Mk.7 WA625/"FMQ-X", 203 AFS (Advanced Flying School), RAF: delivered 8/11/1949. Written off (destroyed) 24/11/1950: The aircraft flew through the slipstream of another aircraft, and the resulting "wake turbulence" over the port wing, caused Meteor WA625 to stall and strike the ground. The aircraft cartwheeled and broke up upon impact with the ground at RAF Driffield, East Yorkshire. No reported casualties to the crew
