Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft struck the ground. Analysis of the wreckage failed to find any defects. The pilot possibly failed to adequately monitor the aircraft performance after takeoff. The co-pilot also possibly failed to monitor the aircraft during takeoff.
