26.2.20: Avro 504K, T K Wong Ltd, Kuala Lumpur. Written off (damaged beyond repair) when spun out of control on climbing turn, Kuala Lumpur Racecourse, Ampang Road, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Of the crew of two, one - Captain Leonard James Pugh (pilot) was killed, and the other and - Lt Henry Frederick Osborne Farrell - was injured
