Narrative:
A Sikorsky S-58JT experienced main rotor blade strike with a stationary cargo trailer during a landing attempt at XPO Logistics, 135 S Mt Zion Rd, Lebanon, Boone County, Indiana.
The helicopter sustained substantial damage and the pilot received minor injuries. The two other occupants were uninjured.
