Crashed at Villemoireau, Isere, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes France (at approximate Coordinates: 45°43′00″N 5°14′15″E) whilst en-route Gatwick-Geneva 23.12.46. While flying southeast of Troyes, the crew encountered technical problems with the engines and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft crash landed in a swamp located in Villemoireau. All nine occupants (two crew and seven passengers, among them a six months old baby) were injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Cause: Double engine failure caused by a fuel exhaustion. Registration cancelled 1.3.47 due to "destruction or withdrawl from use of aircraft"
