Narrative:
During the execution of a crop spraying flight in a cornfield, and at low altitude, the right main landing gear of the Agricultural Aviation Cessna A188B HK2324 aircraft impacted an electrical power line. As a result of the impact, the pilot lost control, and the aircraft collided with the ground. The pilot exited the aircraft on their own without sustaining injuries. The aircraft suffered significant damage to the main landing gear and the engine. There was no fire. The accident occurred at 15:15 local time, in daylight, and under visual meteorological conditions (VMC).

The investigation determined that the accident was caused by the following factors:

- Collision of the aircraft with an electrical power line during the execution of a low-altitude spraying maneuver.
- Overconfidence and inattention of the pilot at the controls during the low-altitude flight, possibly due to a momentary focus on the GPS for preparing the pass in the scheduled field.

As a contributing factor to the accident, weaknesses were identified in the organization's risk management procedures in the development and execution of agricultural spraying flights.
