Narrative:Written off (damaged beyond repair) 17 October 2008 on a test flight after rework by ARZ-421 (421st Aircraft Repair Plant) when the engine failed in-flight (probably due to pilot error) and the aircraft crash-landed in a field close to the Havryshivka International Airport, Vinnytsia, right wing, nose and tail damaged, both crew injured
