Narrative:
On Thursday, 27th June 2002,USAF A-10A Thunderbolt II 82-0655/SP (81st FS, 52nd FW, Spangdahlem Air Base) was involved in a tactical Leadership Program training mission. Crashed in a forest near the towns of Domptail and Saint-Pierremont, near the French Polygone Range, south east of Lunaville, in eastern France. Pilot, Captain Robert I. "Nova" Lopez (aged 32) was killed
