Narrative:
The 2º Ten.-Av. José Aurélio Pessanha Junior was flying with other three airplanes AT-26 Xavante. His aircraft was the number Four at Squadron. Pessanha had problems of control airplane, staying without able time to save his airplane. While he put the left hand at engine control, took the right hand to alternative handle of ejection. The Liutenant Pessanha alternative pulled the handle and went out to 90 degrees from the floor. After, crashed and exploded. 2°Ten Av José Aurélio Pessanha Júnior ejected safely.
