Narrative:After landing, smoke and smell appeared in cockpit and
passenger cabin.
Reason for the cessation: A turbo-ventilator was found to be the source of smoke
and smell. An indepth investigation was carried out
which revealed that a fatigue failure of a heating inside
the turbo-ventilator caused some lubricant to evaporate
and produce the smoke and smell observed. As the risk
of fire could be excluded and no other danger was
perceptible, the criterion for a severe incident does not
exist.
