Narrative:
eng sputtered when aircraft was inverted.Carbuetornot modified for invert flight.
During slow roll at approx 50'agl, 90 mph, the engine lost power due to unmodified float type carb. Pilot attempted to snap roll upright but impacted terrain with the nose and right wing.
