Missing in service. Took off from Zephyrhills AAF base, Florida, and was never seem again. Pilot - 2nd Lt Procter Screven Porcher - posted as MIA/KIA. Aircraft presumed to have crashed into the Gulf of Mexico off the west coast of Florida.
