PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO RAISE THE GEAR AND FLAPS DURING A GO-AROUND RESULTING IN A LOSS OF CONTROL. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE PILOT'S LACK OF EXPERIENCE IN A PA-23.
