Narrative:
PROBABLE CAUSE: THAT THE PILOT MISJUDGED THE DISTANCE FROM THE WIRES WHICH REQUIRED A RAPID PULL-UP MANEUVER AND HIS FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE FLYING SPEED. CONTRIBUTING TO THIS ACCIDENT WERE THE TRANSMISSION WIRES.
