PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO ATTAIN A PROPER CLIMB RATE AFTER TAKEOFF. FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT ARE MISJUDGEMENT OF THE AIRCRAFT TAKEOFF WEIGHT, AND OVERCONFIDENCE IN THE ABILITY OF THE AIRCRAFT.
