Narrative:
PROBABLE CAUSE:A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER AND SUBSEQUENT FORCED LANDING WHICH RESULTED FROM BINDING OF THE CARBUERATOR THROTTLE SHAFT. THE BINDING RESULTED FROM AN IMPROPER OVERHAUL OF THE CARBUERTOR APPROXIMATELY 10 FLIGHT HOURS PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
