PROBABLE CAUSE: THE PILOT IN COMMAND'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE VISUAL LOOKOUT. FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE THE PILOT IN COMMAND'S POOR VFR PROCEDURES AND HIS INADEQUATE MONITORING OF THE UNICOM FREQUENCY.
