Narrative:DURING TAKEOFF THE AIRPLANE WAS OBSERVED TO CLIMB WITH A HIGH PITCH ATTITUDE. THE WITNESS REPORTED THAT THE AIRPLANE ROLLED TO THE RIGHT AND DESCENDED TO GROUND IMPACT.
Probable Cause: THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN AIRSPEED RESULTING IN AN INADVERTENT STALL.
