DH.60X [Cirrus II] sold to DH Canada with C of A 1471 issued 20.6.28; delivered to DH Canada at Mount Dennis 13.7.28. Registered G-CAUD [C of R 478] 16.8.28 to National Air Transport Ltd, Toronto. Registered 25.9.30 to A R [Art] Ferguson, Gravenhurst, Ontario; named "Miss Muskoka".

Registration lapsed 21.2.35. Re-registered [C of R 1559] 13.5.35 to W H Davis, Ferris, Ontario. Registration lapsed 12.5.36. Sold 20.6.36 (but not re-registered) to W. A. Parsons, Brantford, Ontario. Re-registered [C of R 1770] 6.8.36 to R B Allen, Peterborough, Ontario. Re-registered [C of R 1903] 9.3.37 to G. A. Stephens, Apsley, Ontario.

Crashed on take-off near Bancroft, Ontario 27.3.37; While taking off, the aircraft was caught by a gust of wind, swerved and veered off runway before coming to rest. While both occupants were unhurt, the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Bancroft is a town located on the York River in Hastings County in the Canadian province of Ontario.
