PROBABLE CAUSE: THE PILOT'S INADEQUATE PREFLIGHT OF THE SAILPLANE. FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE IMPROPER TOW EQUIPMENT AND LACK OF TOTAL GLIDER EXPERIENCE.
