PROBABLE CAUSE: MUD DAUBERS PLUGGED THE FUEL TANK VENTS RESULTING IN FUEL STARVATION AND ENGINE FAILURE. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE DURING THE FORCED LANDING, AND THE PILOT WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED
