ON POST-PRODUCTION TEST FLT, PLT NOTED SYMPTOMS OF UNCOMMANDED LEAN MIXTURE AND TURNED TO RETURN FOR LANDING. EN ROUTE TO AIRPORT, ENG LOST PWR COMPLETELY.
