Narrative:
A Robinson R44 Raven II with a Belgian pilot and an Italian passenger crashed on a flight from Willebroek in Belgium to Empurabravia(Spain) in France in the Luzoir area, Aisne dep.
Both occupants were killed. Helicopter destroyed.
