Narrative:
AFTER LEVEL AT 8,500 FEET TWENTY MINUTES AFTER THE ENGINE STOP THEN AFTER TRYING TO RESATRT FOR SEVERAL MINUTES FOUND A ROAD TO LAND AND BEFORE LANDING A CEMENT TRUCK GOT IN FRONT SO THE PILOT TURN THE AIRPLANE TO AN OPEN FIELD AND LANDED IN PROBABLY 400 FEET NO ONE WAS INJURIED
