Narrative:The pilot was flying IFR on ILS approach, and had been advised of icing conditions in the area. On descent, passengers noticed ice accretion on the airframe, and shortly thereafter the pilot reported the aircraft began to roll, slow, and he then lost control. The aircraft crashed into two houses about five miles short of the airport.
