Narrative:A Ted Smith Aerostar 601P, N700PS, crashed for unknown reasons shortly after taking off from Philadelphia Municipal Airport - KMPE, Neshoba County, Mississippi, and came down 300 yards east of the runway. Witnessed observed the aircraft roll to the left and pitch nose down to impact with terrain.
