Narrative:
Dived into the ground out of cloud at Great Witley*, Worcestershire after losing control at night. The pilot was killed.

(*Great Witley is a village and civil parish (with Hillhampton), encompassing the hamlet of Redmarley, in the Malvern Hills District in the north west of the county of Worcestershire. It is situated around ten miles to the north west of the city of Worcester.)

Wreckage recovered by (and to) 71 MU RAF Bicester, presumably for accident investigation and components recovery, where noted dumped 13/3/1961
