Narrative:Intending to practice water landings, a Progressive Aerodyne SeaRey (built by Patrick F. Lydon) amateur built experimental aircraft, N252JB, landed gear-down in the water on Lake Jesup, near State Road 417 in Seminole county, Florida, coming to rest inverted.
The aircraft sustained substantial damage and the sole pilot on board reportedly received minor injuries.
