The aircraft, a Cessna T210L Centurion, crashed on landing after experiencing possible fuel exhaustion.
The airplane carried 200 kilograms of cocaine base paste, a rifle, pistol and ammunition.
Both passengers onboard the aircraft were fatally injured.
