Narrative:The Kolb Ultrastar basic ultra-light had departed the Indus/Winters Aire Park (CFY4) for a local flight. When the aircraft did not return, a search was conducted and the aircraft was found in an alfalfa field not far from the airport. The aircraft was substantially damaged and the pilot, who was the sole occupant, was seriously injured.
