Narrative:The aircraft, a Cirrus SR22T GTS, N1967N, was en route to Chandler Field Airport, Alexandria, Minnesota, when it crashed following a loss of engine power.

Following the deployment of the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS, pull #43), the aircraft impacted the frozen surface of northwest Lake Latoka west of Alexandria, sustaining relative minor damage.
No one was seriously hurt in the incident.
