Narrative:The aircraft impacted a residence at 2223 Broadmoor Lane shortly after takeoff from Columbus Municipal Airport (KBAK), Columbus, Indiana. A post-impact fire consumed the aircraft and the two occupants received serious injuries. The house was partially destroyed and there were no reported injuries on the ground.
