Narrative:
Auster AOP.9 WZ702: Delivered 1/6/1955. Operational service career was with the Manufacturers (Auster Aircraft Ltd), and the RAE (Royal Aircraft Establishment) at Farnborough

Written off 14/8/1957: Stalled after bouncing on landing at Farnborough, Hampshire. The wing then dropped and the aircraft nosed over onto its back. The pilot escaped unhurt. Not repaired: Aircraft deemed "beyond economic repair", and Struck off Charge as Cat.5(c) on 18/9/1957. Broken up for spares and produce at Farnborough.
