A Mi-8 helicopter carrying 22 passengers and three crew members crashed 10 kilometers from the town of Igarka, Russia.
As a result, 13 people died, and another 12 are in intensive care, according to Tass
Reportedly the helicopter fell into the ice covered Yenisei River.
