Crashed into the North Sea south-west of the Norwegian coast en route Heston to Oslo 23.1.33; pilot/owner Wilhelm Omsted, and passenger Lt Sigurd J Aagenaes killed. One wing washed up in Norway 2.2.33 - all that was found of the wreckage. Registration G-ABZM cancelled 30.4.33 as pwfu ("presumed withdrawn from use")
